I was surprised with the superior twin room.

The location here is absolutely stunning, just a short distance from the city center.

Overall rooms were big and had a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV set. Extremely comfy bed, I slept like a baby. It was close enough to great walks and views, Fort William and Glenbruar House, good location overall. The staff was really good and welcoming and around most of the time.

The staff were not particularly helpful, didn't expect that coming.

Pet-friendly stay! The location was awesome, super close to the train station, making it easy to get around. Plus, there were restaurants nearby. 🐾

The rooms here are spacious and come with large widescreen TVs.

We had a one night stay at Glenbruar House and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the main hotel. The staff were welcoming and the traditional breakfast service was a refreshing change from the usual self-service options. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the food and service were excellent. The hotel across the road provided a cozy ambience and the staff were attentive. a great experience.

Would recommend this hotel.

The location of this place is fantastic, just a short 10-15 minute walk from the West Highland Way, and it’s also close to a train station and a big city center.

This place is sizable, clean, and has a great restaurant - I had a very comfortable stay, and the location is wonderful, with the West Highland Way being at a moderate distance from here.

Spacious rooms, excellent bathrooms. Friendly staff, welcoming to motorcyclists. Good food and service in the restaurant. Secure parking for motorcycles.

Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was great, with key attractions nearby.- One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

One negative aspect was the lack of attention to detail in housekeeping. There were some cleanliness issues like dust and a forgotten item under the furniture.

The house is lovely, with period features tastefully done up. The room was nice, with good tea and coffee facilities and the daily cleaning service. The book with local walks and info was helpful. Location and parking were excellent. The restaurant had excellent food, friendly staff, and was not overpriced.
